I recently moved to Rutherford from North Carolina, where my two dogs had a doggie door that they could use whenever they wanted to go hang out in our big, fenced yard. Moving to a little apartment and having me be at work all day in the city has been hard on them, but Donna D. has been invaluable. The dogs look forward to her mid-day visits, where she not only walks them, but loves on them, plays with them and gives them treats. Knowing that someone I absolutely trust is hanging out with my babies while I'm gone lifts a huge weight off my shoulders. We'd be lost without her.

I just want to say how much I love the service offered by NJ Petsitters. I am a veterinarian but don't practice. I have 3 headstrong, always in to something, dachunds. I don't like having them out around others - they act like an aggressive pack - and don't think much of people. OR so I thought. I happened to cross paths a couple of visits and was astounded to see my dogs all over Dana and Patty. They were ready to leave with them! It was like I wasn't there. I wouldn't have recognized them. They are so well cared for and exercised and ready to rest when I get home - and that is a huge blessing. I have needed many last minute visits and Miranda always has me covered. Pet Sitters is an excellent, well-run, and dependable company. We've hired Miranda's sitters several times (they are, in fact, the only sitters we've hired) and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My beagles agree.

We don't have enough accolades to do justice to Miranda and Donna at NJ Pet Sitters! To say that they are caring, professional, superb, way above-and-beyond mere duty and reasonable expectations, is to say too little.
Our two Siamese cats -- David and Chuck -- adore Donna -- who gets them to do things they won\'t do for us -- like sit quietly for a brushing or play with a laser. When we were out of the country last week and David became ill, Donna called us, kept us up to date with texts and emails, brought him enticing new toys and even took him to the vet and picked him up again.

For peace of mind and the knowledge that our beloved cats are being cared for and loved when we are not here, we give thanks for Pet Sitters!

Dana & Miranda ~ I cannot thank Dana enough for her love and care of our three babies! Especially, Katie! I worry about her the most out of the three dogs, as she seems to get stressed when we are not around. However, it appears that, that was not the case when Dana stayed over and snuggled with Katie through the night!When we came home in the morning, Katie greeted us at the gate with her ball in her mouth and tail wagging. She actually acted as though nothing had happened! I was so relieved when I saw she was happy and didn't appear to be stressed out at all! Unfortunately, because of our previous experience with the vet tech from our own vet's office was horrible, it has really made us very apprehensive to go away on vacation, but NJ Pet Sitters has turned that around! I'm very excited to have Dana come back and stay with them again! Her TLC was the magic we all needed!

We just wanted to say that thanks to Donna, we are able to leave for long weekends or vacation without having to worry about our babies... The peace of mind we have and the care that Donna and Miranda give our three cats, is above and beyone anything we've ever expected... Donna doesn't just come and go, she spends time with our cats and enjoys the time she has with them... she doesn't just feed them and change their litter, she loves them while she's at our home... we can't thank Donna, Miranda and NJ Pet Sitters enough... big big big thank you's from Lou, Tonia, Jet, Prince and Trixie... xoxoxoxoxo

Alice and I just got home from our trip, and we couldn't wait to tell you how happy we are with the care Christine gave our little ones. The biggest compliment we can give her is that when we arrived home, none of the dogs seems unusually happy to see us. It was obvious from their demeanor that they were well cared for, well fed and watered, and well loved while we were away. Likewise with our two cats, although they keep everything so close to the chest...
The two of us are always nervous about leaving our pets with anyone, but NJ Pet Sitters impressed us, even before we left, with the depth and breadth of the questions you asked us. And even though that helped to set our minds at ease, we still went away a little anxious. As soon as we got home and read Christine's notes to us, however, we knew we had no reason to be afraid. It was obvious from the detail of her notes that Christine was very attentive and loving to all of them, even going as far as staying long into the morning to wait for a rain storm to end so she could walk our water-phobic dogs.
Thank you, and thank Christine for us. Now we know that we can go away in the future and not have to worry about our pets, and that is priceless.

We have used NJ Petsitters last year and great results with Kim and Sara. This year while away out of the country Dana took care of our three senior cats and our new kitten. The kitten who has gets into everything was a concern to us. Dana kept my wife updated via email and it was smooth sailing on our vacation. She did not just feed them , she gave them the love they are so use to. After using three different pet sitters from the same company it is obvious only true animal lovers work for Miranda.This is better than using someone you know to watch your pet, it is a passion for these workers. We can't thank Donna and Miranda at NJ Pet Sitters enough for their loving help and support while we were away for our wedding and honeymoon the first week of August 2011. It was the first time we had ever left our puppies alone for an entire week. We were very nervous but Donna was so loving and caring to our 2 puppies from the moment she met them. I could not have left them in better hands! I will definitely use NJ Pet Sitters again and will be referring NJ Pet Sitters to our family and friends. This was such a great experience. You guys have a great company and great service keep up the excellent work!

I recently had Desirea watch my cats, Java & Gingy while I was away. She did a great job. I hate leaving them but knowing that someone is taking good care of them makes it a bit easier.
